The units are reasonably spacious and the staff is courteous and wonderfully friendly. Guests can enjoy delightful views from their windows. the hotel is located in a touristic area, offering a secluded feel while being right next to the main shopping area, local stores, dining options, and a budget-friendly pub.

Spotless units with a friendly touch, pull out couch bed plus pull out sofa bed, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating. The venue was in a secluded location really close to the Shopping Mall and downtown and other area attractions. The excellent service and shuttle into town far exceeded our expectations.

The queen suite was nicely upgraded and had everything we needed; it felt modern and well-equipped. the location was fantastic, being really close to Kennebunkport, which is a great spot for dining and shopping. Plus, there’s a business park nearby too! 😊.

The breakfast is enjoyable and the best with eggs and muffins and waffle iron, lots to choose from. The hotel offers particularly good location right by Kennebunkport, which is another great town for dining and shopping as well as the center of the mattress. And it's by Piscataqua River. Every time in Portsmouth we stay in this venue.

The area is very nice, with a magnificent location that’s conveniently located near the center of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and close to the charming town of Kennebunkport, which offers great dining and shopping options. the warm breakfast is delightful, featuring muffins, eggs, and sandwiches, making it a great choice to start your day.

our kids really liked the hot breakfast with waffle iron.

the pool was nice but I would have liked an additional hot tub option.

Spacious and clean...very friendly staff....very quiet as well even though busy.

Outdoor BBQ was a great idea but couldn't get it to work. Staff tried to help but couldn't fix it

I enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with delicious bacon and muffins at this hotel, which is situated in a comfortable location near a great restaurant.

We really liked the convenience of the location; it was close to Kittery, beaches and downtown Portsmouth! The staff was helpful and the salt water pool was a nice touch. The kitchenette and separate living and sleeping areas were perfect for a young family with a child sleeping away from home for the first time. Made our trip!

The units were neat and spotless, and came with a microwave and ample pillows. The hotel is conveniently located next door to Kennebunkport and close to downtown Portsmouth. It was an easy walk to Abbott Store.
